When I was an Apprentice Jeweller in London, I remember my first boss saying to a man in the workshop “I know it’s impossible, but I am sure you will find a way of doing it”. That statement has stuck in my mind ever since and whenever I have had a difficult job and questioned whether it is possible I have always cast my mind back to that statement.

Jewellery repairs include, any restoration work on worn jewellery such as building up finger bezels, fitting half shanks, re-setting and tightening loose stones, re-clawing, ring sizing up or down, replacement of lost or damaged stones.
We can solder charms onto bracelets, solder up open jump rings; if it is broken we will endeavour to mend it.
We also repair and restore any broken Silverware.
If you have Jewellery that needs valuing we provide very thorough valuations with a full description of the items, including the stone details, weight and measurements of the items.
We also supply a Pearl re-stringing service, for all kinds of pearls or beads; it does not matter whether the item is valuable or just a much-loved souvenir from a holiday or trip somewhere. The lady we use to string our pearls trained and worked at Garrards for years, so has re-strung pearls for all the Royal Family.
Basically if its possible we can do it, or if we can’t we will know somebody who can.
We supply all replacement watch batteries.
Chain repairs, chain shortening, and replacement of worn fittings to all styles of chains made of all metals.
